1. Online Reservations and Client Registration:

To make an online reservation, you must be a registered client in our system. If you're new to ColourLuxe and have never experienced our services, we kindly request you to call for a quick consultation before making a reservation. This allows us to better understand your needs and preferences. If you are a registered client, you can book online at your convenience.

2. Booking Window:

Our online booking calendar typically opens for reservations for the next 2-3 months. If you require an appointment beyond the available booking window, please call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Reservation Deposits:

All online reservations require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards your total services when you check out on the day of your appointment.

4. No-Show Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to change. If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

If you no-show for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit.

5. Cancellation and Appointment Changes:

If you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment, please call us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please be mindful of our staff and other clients by giving us as much notice as possible – cancellations made less than 24hrs from a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our booking and cancellation policy.
